For ecommerce founders · Free live masterclass · 6 or 10 October
Do the work of 5 hires without adding an hour to your day.
90 minutes on the 5 marketing hires you'd make if you had the money, and how to build each one as an AI teammate. A system that knows your brand and tells you what matters first, then gets it done.

Where you are
You already know what needs doing
The campaign you never built. The Klaviyo account you set up in March and never switched on. That page you keep meaning to redo, still almost ready since spring.
You're not short of ideas. You have never once been short of ideas. You got this further than most people ever get, on your own, out of one room, around a job or around a life.
What you're short of is the hours to do any of it properly. So everything lands at eighty per cent, late, and done by you.
And here's the bit you'd only say to someone you trusted. What's working is working mostly by luck. If somebody asked you today where you're losing people, you couldn't tell them.
So it's not just me being rubbish at this?
The reframe
Nothing's wrong with you. You're outnumbered.
Every brand that gets past where you are has 5 people doing 5 jobs. You have one person doing all 5, at eleven at night, after a day that already had a job in it.
There's a reason you're exactly where you are.
Which is the good news, because it's maths and maths you can fix. You don't have to become a different person on Monday.
Would this even work at my stage?
Whatever stage you're at
You build this once and use it for years
This is how you get the thing built without it taking eight months.
This is how you get the redesign, the new range, the email flows and the campaigns out of your head and into the world without adding them to your own list.
The system doesn't change. Only what you point it at.
But I do know what to do next. Sort of.
The bit nobody says out loud
You can't rank your own list
There are eleven things you could do this week and no way to tell which one actually moves money. So you do the one that feels most urgent, or the one you're least scared of, and the big one waits another month.
You're inside it. You built the thing, you named it, you chose the photos, you remember what that page cost you in February. Nobody looks at their own shop coldly and you're no exception. A system doesn't have that problem. Point it at the page and it comes back in order.
The one that's costing you the most
Named, with the line on your page that causes it, and the sentence that replaces it. This is the one you do on Saturday morning.
The next one
Worth doing, once the first one is done.
The one you can leave
Real, and cheap enough to leave. Knowing what to ignore is what buys you back most of the week.
That's the piece you've been missing. Somewhere to put the list that isn't your own head at half past eleven.
And who's supposed to do all that?
The 5
The 5 jobs you're doing at once
You are doing them. You're doing them fifth, at the end of a day, with whatever's left. Here's what each one costs when a brand hires it properly.
Right. What's this costing me?
What it costs
Your two routes towards your Freedom Brand™
Route one · hire the 5 out
£33,100
Year one, at the bottom of every range above. At the top it's £110,000.
Route two · build the 5 yourself
£90 a month
A Claude licence. That's the whole bill, and I don't get a penny of it.
The other thing that comes back to you is the whole picture. Bring in a freelancer and they see their slice. The email person sees the emails. The ads person sees the ads. Nobody has ever seen all of it except you, and you've never had anywhere to put it.
This sits in one place and keeps what it's told. The positioning you set in October is still there in March, still shaping what comes out, without you re-explaining your brand to a stranger every time something needs making.
Which is the bit worth doing the sums on. You build it once. It doesn't leave, it doesn't need re-briefing, and it gets sharper the more of your business you feed it. The £90 buys the same 5 roles in month one and in month twenty.
You've had the tool for months. What you haven't had is the brief, the roles, or any way to tell whether what comes back is any good.
The session
What I'll show you in 90 minutes
What a 5-role team actually is, and which role to fill first
How to brief them so what comes back is yours, not everyone else's
Me building the thing you keep not building, live, so you can see how it goes
Handing it over so it keeps running after you close the laptop
You'll leave with
Clarity on how to build the teammates you can't afford right now, but with AI.
Prove it.
Before you decide anything
Run one of them yourself, right now
This is the auditor, briefed for one page. Copy it, paste it in with your product page copy, and you'll get back the thing you can't get to on your own: where you're losing people, in the order it matters.
You are my conversion analyst. I sell [product] to [who] at [price]. Below is the copy from my product page. Do not tell me what is good about it. Tell me the three specific reasons a first-time visitor who already wants this would still leave without buying, ranked by how much money each one is costing me. For each one: quote the exact line that causes it, say what the visitor is thinking when they hit it, and write the replacement line. Then tell me which of the three you would fix first if I only had an hour. [paste your product page copy here]
What you'll actually walk away with
Three things you'll have sorted
How the pieces actually fit together
When something isn't working you fix one thing, on its own. The page. Then the ads. Then the emails. None of them talking to each other. You'll see the 5 as a sequence instead, which is what lets you take bigger swings and take them faster.
Where you're not pushing AI far enough
Right now you use it on the off chance. A caption here, a subject line there. What's missing is the backbone underneath, the part that makes it a system rather than a slot machine. You'll see exactly where yours stops short.
That you're not carrying this on your own
You can't pay for a team yet, and you don't need to in order to get ahead of the brands you're up against. Most of them are still doing this the slow way. That gap is the whole opportunity and it won't stay open.
And what's on the other side of it?
What it's actually for
So you can get back to the bit you actually love
A Tuesday, about a month from now. The campaign went out on Monday and you didn't write it at midnight. The product page is fixed. Nothing is late.
You spend the afternoon on the part you're actually good at, and you shut the laptop at six without that low hum of everything you didn't get to.
That's it. Become the one with the vision again instead of the one carrying it all on your shoulders.
Is this even for someone like me?
This is for you if
This isn't for you if
Has she done this for anyone like me?
Proof
I do this for a living
It's been 12 years in marketing and communications, learning what moves people to buy or take action.
Before this I spent years at ASOS and Farfetch, where I went through more than 100,000 customer journeys. That's where I learned to find the leak rather than guess at it.
Now I build ecommerce brands for founders at both ends of this. OPAR, Galeria Escultorica and BySimren came to me with no website at all.
I built this process because I needed somewhere to sell my own products and couldn't find the time either.
What that's looked like for founders
- 10 daysOPAR Perfumes made back the full project investment.
- 267%More conversions in 90 days for Yogoody.
- 49Sign-ups from 10,000 visits in 3 weeks for Now Often Always.
- 28%Increase in sales in month one for YNNY.
- HoursOf manual work removed for BySimren, custom orders up from launch.

What founders say afterwards

"It was delayed procrastination. I wish I'd done it sooner."
Yeah, but…
Before you register
In case you were wondering
I know. That's the thing we're in the room to fix. If ninety minutes is genuinely impossible this week, register anyway and watch the replay on a Sunday morning. It's the same session.
The method is the session. There's an offer at the end for people who want me to do it with them, it takes about two minutes, and you can close the tab before it without missing anything you came for.
That's the reason to come. You've got the tool. What you haven't got is the brief, the roles, or a way to tell whether what comes back is any good. That's the whole ninety minutes.
Then you already know the pattern. You paid, you waited, and what came back was a list you couldn't act on. This one costs you nothing, and you can run the prompt further up this page tonight on your own site before you even register. If what comes back is useless you've lost ten minutes.
Usually because they're written for every small business at once. Everything here is for ecommerce founders on Shopify. No bakeries, no life coaches, no general small business advice.
Register anyway and the replay comes to you. The live rooms are better because you can ask me things as we go, but the replay is the whole session from start to finish.
Then it's the cheapest time to do this. You're building the team before the work piles up rather than after.
Nothing. Bring the one thing you've been putting off, and we'll point the team at it in the room.
The catch
There's just one catch
It's 90 minutes and you have to actually be in the room, or watch the replay properly rather than leaving it in a tab with the other seventeen.
You'll need a Claude licence to run what I show you, around £90 a month. I don't get a penny of that.
You'll still have to make the calls. I can hand you something that tells you where the money is going. Deciding what to do about it stays with you.
And here's the one I'd rather you heard from me. This will not fix your product, and it will not fix your prices. If people are landing and leaving because the thing itself isn't right yet, 5 roles will just help you find that out sooner.
Free. Live session, replay available.
Pick your session
Come to whichever fits. It's live, I'll answer questions as we go, and the replay comes to you afterwards either way.
